HWS is committed to providing the best possible service available. When a service call or quote is requested, you will receive an email showing who will be visiting your house as well as the estimated time or arrival.

Both estimates and invoices will be emailed immediately when a service or call is performed.  You can also request for a hard copy to be left as well.

HWS has spent the time, money and effort to provide an excellent service based software system. This allows us to track and ensure that all scheduled maintenance for your system(s) is performed when needed.  HWS highly recommends setting up a service contract to ensure that your unit is taken care of.

All of our staff is licensed by the State of Texas as a Water Treatment Specialist.  In fact, HWS is the only local El Paso based company with Level 3 Certified Water Treatment Specialist.  Be sure to ask your current/potential water treatment provider if they carry this mandatory license.
